What is the service?

Payment for the service
The service price of filtering and using the app store is NIS 130 per year
If the service is canceled within a week of the start of the service, a full refund will be made

The use of the service
The use of the service is for private and personal needs only. Do not use the service for commercial purposes. For example, you may not offer your own service to third parties that use the service, resell the service, offer to rent or lease the service or make the service available to the public or integrate it into your own service, all without the prior written consent of kosher play. For the avoidance of doubt, the examples mentioned above are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute an exhaustive list of the prohibited uses associated with the Service.
Do not copy, print, save or make any other use of information from the website or the database of the service. This section does not limit the use of the database by the software as intended and the use of the service for private and personal needs.
While using the service or the website, it is forbidden to engage in data scraping, data mining, collecting screenshots, aggregating information and developing information. You agree not to use robots, scanning software, data collection software or any other automated means to access the website's database or service for any purpose without the express written permission of kosher play.
Do not use the software in any way that is not expressly permitted in accordance with these terms.

Termination of use of the service

The name "kosher play", the kosher play logo and other trademarks and/or service symbols are the property of kosher play or its affiliated companies, and you have no right to use these trademarks or symbols for any purpose that is not expressly stated in these terms without obtaining the prior written approval of kosher play.
The design, commercial appearance and manner of displaying the applications and their use on the website and service are works protected under applicable copyright laws and all intellectual property rights therein are reserved for kosher play and its related corporations.
Limitation of liability and responsibility

Failure to file a claim within the aforementioned period of time will result in the blocking of your right to claim and as a final and complete waiver on your part of this right.

You may not assign or transfer your rights in the service, without obtaining the prior written consent of kosher play. kosher play may assign its rights in the service to a third party at its absolute and sole discretion, provided that the third party assumes kosher play's obligations to you according to these terms.

The absence of legal relations
These terms and/or the use of the service, including the uploading of data and content by you through the service, do not and will not establish any relationship, joint venture partnership, employee-employer relationship, agency, or franchise between the parties to this document. Your use of the service is intended for your enjoyment and benefit and the provision of the service to you (as long as you comply with these conditions) constitutes the exclusive and sufficient consideration that you are entitled to receive for any content or contribution to the service, its contents, maps or any other data thereof.
